in israel is 15'876 shekel and this a lot of mouny and you can boute in this boudget a monster

but lets take care off the first chaos.

amd 3800 is not a good value for mouny! you can boute in 1400 shekel less AMD 3000 with the same preformens im think that dual Core 4400 be exelent choise.

the  memory is very expensiv and we should need to take somthing good for overcloking with 600mhz maybe with dfi lanprty ultra SLI.

the graphic card is a "old genertion" and in this budget 7800gtx is most!

the case is a taste thing at the most but i bealive that we can find somthig much better.

Emm I just need the computer for a games but I want to make a over clock to 4200 or 4000 and about the monitor - CRT not so expensive I want to spend my money on the computer not on the monitor

amd 3800 isn't a good value for money, you can buy in 1400 Shekels less and AMD 3000 , with the same performance i think.

the dual Core 4400+ can be an exellent choice.

the memory is very expensive and you should take something better for overclocking , like the G.Skill PC4800 (DDR600) who promise that you will be able to reach the 300MHZ with a motherboard like DFI NForce4 Ultra-D \SLI.

The graphic card is a "Previous Generation" card, and in you budget you can buy the 7800GTX -which is the best today.

The case is more like something that you choose, just follow your taste.. anyway, in this budget you can take a better case.
