hi so at last im buying a new pc!!!

so in cristmas im buying a new pc and i wanted you to build mea pc in about 2000-3000 canadian dolars

and i want that the pc will be for big and havy games but also for music and movies

a and by the way if you can give me an advice about a good computer store in canada and if some body knows "winnipeg" (if you want an store is fine too i guese...)but if its a relyable one!!!

the motherboard should be rev 2 at least according to a customer review but you should verify it,ask em if it's revision 2,only rev2 supports fx55 and have a working pci/agp lock

and i dont think i need a dual layer the medias are too expencive right?

and i sad this is for gaming porpuses so is the video card is enought to run even the haviest games??

you can settle for less powerfull cpu but its worth it if you can afford yourself

at the moment they are expensive but that may change in the future

you dont have to buy dl medias,it also supports regular ones not just dl

and like any other dvdrw it can also be used for writing cdr's

Motherboards with are not available (not in canada also), and one 6800GT is better than 2 6600GTs. Also, one 6800GT is more than enough for any game in the next 2 years. Regarding the CPU - I'd take a 3800+ and a good water cooling system or a 3500+ and a Vapochill LS, and OC it much higher than what the FX-55 will give you on air.

I think the 3500+ will go up to 2.8-3.0 at least with a vapochill. But on the other hand an fx-55 on air will do that too, where you get from there is usually a matter of luck. The fx has an open multiplier and 400Mhz more, which help it. other than that you can't really tell.

Looking again at the budget and prices, I think this will give you the best combination:

Big doesn't mean noisy...

It's just a case which was specially fit to hold a Mach 2.

the Mach 2 is a bit noisy, I don't know if it will disturb you:

Noise Level App. 35 db(A) at normal operation, 40dbA during start-up

Mach 2 is just like Vapochill, only from a different manufacturer.

And both the 6800ultra and the X800XT are great cards, it doesn't really matter which one you take.

If you want complete silence, I can give you specs for a watercooled computer.
