אוקיי אז עכשיו קיבלתי שני מוצרים שהזמנתי בשרות הזה בשווי 100-200 דולר, ולא חוייבתי במיסים נוספים.

דרך איזה חברת שליחויות קיבלת את המוצרים?

אין לי נסיון עם השירות הנ"ל של ebay אבל אני יכול להוסיף את המידע הבא:

- כאשר דברים נשלחים בדואר רגיל (לא fedex ודומיו) החבילות נבדקות מדגמית לדעתי (זה לא מגובה עובדתית) ובחלק ניכר מהמקרים אין מיסים כלל. אבל אני מדבר על חבילות קטנות יותר שלא מושכות את העין, אין לי נסיון עם גדולות.

- כאשר הזמנתי משהו אשר תאורטית היה חייב במע"מ דרך אמזון UK, הם גבו סכום עמילות מכס בזמן המכירה אותו אמרו שיחזירו אם לא יגבה כסף. אכן לא גבו וקיבלתי אותו חזרה לכרטיס.

אולי טיפ קטן, המשלח מאנגליה זול בהרבה משלוח מארה"ב, למרות שהמחירים שם גבוהים יותר - כדאי לבדוק באנגליה, זה מוזיל את עלויות המשלוח ולעיתים מארה"ב כלל אין אפשרות למשלוח ומ UK יש...

כדאי באופן כללי לחפש מוצרים באיביי co.uk ואני גם מדי פעם מחפש ומוצא מוצרים בגרמני (מפתיע..) שלא היו ב-com וב-co.uk במיוחד כשמדובר בחלקים טכניים ebay.de

החיפוש ב-com לפעמים דיי מוגבל ולא worldwide לפי הגדרות החיפוש הבסיסי.

First of all, most seller items on eBay are viewable globally. That means most buyers in other countries will have access to them, considering they add shipping preferences on their item and account.

On the handling charges, it is always should be included in the shipping cost you pay the seller. Sellers are not allowed to charge you a shipping fee, and then a separate Handling Fee. Shipping and handling charges are invoiced into one, and can include: Packaging material costs, Insurance, Added services from carrier (such as Signature Confirmation), Actual shipping as charged by the carrier, and lastly a small fee for the time spent packaging and preparing the item for shipment (a.k.a. handling). But this will never include the custom fee or tax. Since this is way out of the seller’s control.

Customs duty is charged by a government on each item imported into the buyer’s country. You can always check with your local customs office to see what they charge. Neither the seller nor eBay has any control over these taxes, so they must be paid for any items bought internationally- and of course, the buyer’s expense. If sellers list items on the US site and ship from abroad they are required to specify shipping using either one of the branded carrier services offered on the site or using the generic “from outside U.S.” service names. The generic service names have longer estimated delivery times — this is to help account for extra time involved in shipping from outside the US.

For international shipments, it's the buyer's responsibility to pay any customs or duty fees associated with international shipping. האמת שטוב שיש נושא, רציתי לשאול גם משהו.

עקרונית אני עושה הפתעה לאחותי, חובבת יפן, והזמנתי ממתקים יפניים כולל ערכות ביזאריות של הכנת ממתקים. מן הסתם הערכות כוללות הרבה אבקות שלהן צריך להוסיף מים וזה מתגבש למה שזה אמור להיות.

רציתי לשאול כמה דברים:

1) האם מותר לשלוח לארץ שתיה? כגון שתיה מתוקה שייחודית רק ליפן?

2) המכס עלול לראות באבקה כסמים ועלולים לפתוח את החבילה?

3) יש מכס על הדברים האלה?

100-200 דולר "זה לא חוכמה"? מ-75$ והלאה כבר אמורים לשלם מיסים..

את שני הפריטים שהזמנתי דרך השרות הנ"ל קיבלתי דרך FEDEX ללא כל בעיה,

דרך UPS הזמנתי מוצר בשווי 118$ שאותו קיבלתי בדואר (אותו אחד שנתקע במכס ולא שילמתי עליו import charges), ולמרבה הפלא לא חוייבתי בשום מס.
