בעיה בהפעלת קבצי AVI

אני מנסה להפעיל קבצי AVI, בWINAMP ובWMP ושתיהן נסגרות עקב שגיאה,

וכשאני מנסה להריץ בBSPLAYER אני מקבל את ההודעה:
