which memory is better?

in some reviews i c that the rev 2 is having a hard time getting to 250 and sometimes hes doing 275,as expected with 2.5,3,4 or something simillar.

on the other hand the bh-5 is allways hitting the 250mgh with 2.2.2

now on the dfi ultra-d which is better?
