גירסאות של מעבדים - OEM, BOX, Tray.

מה פירושו של כל מושג?

Q6600 Tray, Q6600 CONROE Box, Q6600 OEM.

במיוחד חשוב לי ה-OEM, ולמה הוא יותר זול, והאם זה משנה לביצועיו של המעבד?

אני יודע ש-Tray זה בא בלי קירור, ו-BOX זה בא עם קירור סטוק, האם אלה כל ההבדלים?

ושוב, האם יש הבדל כ"כ משמעותי בין OEM לשאר הגרסאות?

הכוונה שייצור של מוצר מסוים מגיע ממפעל שמייצר עבור החברה את המוצר.

BOX

מוצר שלמעשה הוא אותו המוצר של ה-OEM, אבל ארוז באריזה מקורית של היצרן ובד"כ יצורפו לו נספחים כמו: כבלים, תוכנות, הסברי התקנה, אביזרים נילווים וכו'.

TRAY

אריזת מוצר (כל מוצר) באריזה פתוחה, לא אטומה וללא כל דבר נילווה.

עכשיו תשאל מה ההבדלים?

אז מוצרי BOX הם המוצרים "המקוריים" ואתה בטוח שקיבלת מוצר מקורי, חדש ועם אחריות מלאה של היצרן/יבואן.

באריזת TRAY תקבל את "אותו" המוצר..אבל אינך יכול לדעת מה עבר עליו והאם הוא חדש, מחודש, מתוקן, מוחלף..וכו'.

אריזת OEM היא אריזה לא מהודרת של המוצר, כולל את כל הדברים הנילווים של אריזת BOX, אמהמה..היא לא יפה ומהודרת כמו המוצר החדש.

הבהרות: במעבדי אינטל נניח יש שתי מפיצות רשמיות, אם קנית מעבד ב-TRAY הוא אינו באחריות! לעומת זאת מעבד BOX כולל אחריות שלוש שנים ולאחר מכן אחריות עולמית עד סוף חיי המוצר. לכן, שים לב שברכישה של מוצר ואני אומר כמעט בהכללה עדיף ורצוי לרכוש כל מוצר ב-BOX.

Make sure that your product is still under warranty and that Intel is the correct source for warranty support.

Intel sells processors, motherboards, and other products via Retail and Wholesale channels. Retail products are sold in clearly marked individual boxes and carry a warranty directly from Intel. Wholesale products are not sold in retail boxes and are typically pre-installed by a system manufacturer (ex. HP*, Dell*, Gateway*) or reseller. Intel does not provide direct warranty support for wholesale products.

If your product was sold through a wholesale channel you must contact your system manufacturer or reseller for warranty support.

Intel warrants to the purchaser of the Product (defi ned herein as the boxed Intel® processor and the accompanying thermal solution) in its original sealed packaging (Original Purchaser) and to the purchaser of a computer system built by an Original Purchaser containing the Product (Original System Customer) as follows: if the Product is properly used and installed, it will be free from defects in material and workmanship, and will substantially conform to Intels publicly available specifi catios for a period of three (3) years beginning on the date the Product was purchased in its original sealed packaging in the case of an Original Purchaser, and for a period of three (3) years beginning on the date of purchase of a computer system containing the Product for an Original System Customer. If the Product, which is the subject of this Limited Warranty, fails to conform to the above warranty during the warranty period, Intel, at its option, will:

REPAIR the Product by means of hardware and/or software; OR

REPLACE the Product with another product; OR, if Intel is unable to repair or replace the Product,

REFUND the then-current value of the Product at the time a claim for warranty service is made to Intel under this Limited Warranty.
