I have an issue with my Intel(R) Ethernet Network Adapter E810-XXV 

the issue from the event log: 

The network interface "Intel(R) Ethernet Network Adapter E810-XXV-2 #4" has begun resetting. There will be a momentary disruption in network connectivity while the hardware resets. Reason: The network driver detected that its hardware has stopped responding to commands. This network interface has reset 2 time(s) since it was last initialized.

my system is : 

OS Name Microsoft Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC

Version 10.0.19044 Build 19044

System Manufacturer Supermicro

System Model Super Server

System Type x64-based PC

SMBIOS Version 3.2

Better to check if you have a newer version in the manufucaturer website (Do a clean installation as much as you can)

Otherwise, if it’s on board card it might be hardware problem.
