    לא למדתי את הנושא הזה ואני לא מכיר את המושגים אלא רק משתמש בידע כללי שיש לי ומהבנה בסיסית של השאלה. קח את הדברים בעירבון מוגבל.

    יש M תהליכים. כל אחד דורש מקסימום 2 כוננים. ז"א מקסימום 2M דרישה, ו8 כוננים.

    2M=8 ==> M=4.

    ==> 0<M<=4
