לפותח הת'רד - בהנחה והמוצר שלך לא פגום, אז מה אתה בעצם אומר ? שהמוצר הזה פשוט נחות ?

מוזר לשמוע את זה על מוצרים של שבד"כ מספקים את הסחורה, ובטח כשמדובר בעכבר לא זול כמו שאתה קנית.

יש עוד מישהו בפורום שיש לו את העכבר ויכול לתת את ה-Input שלו ?

יש לי את העכבר ואין לי שום בעיות. מרוצה עד הגג - גדול, נוח ומדויק.

אתה באמת חושב שאלה הביצועים הרגילים של העכבר? O_O

דיי ברור שמדובר במוצר תקול...

ואם יש חשד בראוטר למה לא לצאת מהבית ולבדוק את העכבר במקום אחר?

לא יודע נחות או לא... היו לי 3 עכברים לפני זה וכולם של לוגיטק... כולם היו טופ טופ.

We do understand that you have been through some troubleshooting in order to resolve your issue and you have been unable to resolve it so far.

However, would you mind if we ask some more questions that could help us identify your issue? We do apologize if you have already been through some of the following troubleshooting steps.

- Could you try to plug your device in an other USB port?

- Would you be able to try your device on an other PC? Does the issue persists with other PCs too?

- Would you be able to try your device on an other applications?

- When you connected the device to the PC have you seen any Yellow Question or Exclamation Mark on the screen beside the entry in the Device Manager?

- Could you please try it in a different surface?

- Could you please install the latest Setpoint from the link below and use the cursor features of the application?

כמו ש-DanteRev אמר, כנראה העכבר של פותח הדיון תקול. יש לי את ה-MX והוא מצויין וכיף לעבוד איתו.

אני משתמשת בו בתור עכבר ללפטופ שלי ואין איתו שום בעיות.
