    אם כבר, אז ציר X הוא הזמן וציר Y הוא הכמות.

    קודם כל כתוב את הטבלה שלך - טבלה של שתי עמודות, כאשר עמודה אחת היא הזמן והשנייה היא הכמות.

    סמן את הטבלה, וצור ממנה תרשים מסוג "פיזור". במהלך היצירה (או אחר כך) תוכל לערוך את התרשים כדי לקבוע את הכיוון שלו, איזו עמודה היא ה-X ואיזו היא ה-Y, כותרות וכן הלאה.
