    תמחק את כל ה-TEMPORARY INTERNET FILES.

    ו-CLEAR HISTORY.

    אחר כך תעשה RESTART.

    אם לא עובד תנסה להתקין EXPLORER מחדש וזה אמור לפתור את הבעיה.

    אולי יש שם איזה זהי התקנה פגומה !
