יש לי קובץ BAT שהכנתי כמו שרשום למטה.

הבעיה שהוא לא עובד כשמפעילים אותו מתוך הWIN אבל לעומת זאת הוא כן פועל אם אני רושם אותו בCMD

מה יכולה להיות הבעיה לזה????
