אחרי שהצלחתי להתקין RAID 5 במערכת שלי, לקנפג אותו נכון, ולהפעיל WinXP מה RAID הוספתי דיסק נוסף כ Non raid בגלל בעיית הביצועים העלובים עם ה RAID 5 שלי. אלא מה, הדיסק החדש מופיע בבקר ה RAID (בביוס) כ- Non raid ושאר 3 הדיסקים ב RAID 5 מופיעים במבנה של RAID וכ BOOT!. דיסק ה- Non raid לא מופיע כ BOOT וכאשר אני מנסה להתקין WinXP ההתקנה אינה מוצאת אותו.
