שאלתי האמת על הגרסה המורחבת

CD Projekt RED announces that the release of The Witcher: Enhanced Edition has been delayed. The delay can be attributed to the companys goal of making The Witcher: Enhanced Edition as close to a flawless product as possible. CD Projekt RED is dedicated to a simultaneous worldwide launch, and is taking the extra time to polish each language version to meet the high standards of the global games market. The exact date of the premiere of the Enhanced Edition will be announced in the upcoming days.

CD Projekt RED decided to edit some language versions to meet the highest standards. Work continues on the English version, in which a significant amount of dialogue is being re-recorded and over 5000 lines of the script were rewritten, as well as the German version, in which the translation is being improved and many characters are receiving new voice-overs.

The Witcher: Enhanced Edition will be free of the majority of criticisms noted by fans and media in the original version of the game. The enhancements cover two major areas: removing technical issues (loading times will be reduced by 80%, stability of the game on various operating systems will be improved, and numerous improvements will be made to enhance fighting precision) and the aforementioned changes in language versions. Additionally, the product will ship to retail in a value-packed bundle that includes all language versions on a single master disc, the Djinni Adventure Editor and two official adventures, the official soundtrack, an album of music inspired by The Witcher, a game guide, a map of The Witchers world and more. All of the enhancements will be available as a free download to existing game owners.

The exact date of the premiere of the Enhanced Edition will be announced in the upcoming days.

באה חברת משחקים פולנית קטנה

מבססת משחק על מנוע עם בעיות מוכרות (טעינות באורך הגלות)

אבל כמה חודשים אחרי השיחרור היא תופסת מצפון ואומרת לעצמה "אני אעשה אותו מושלם!"

ואז הפולנים הקטנים חוזרים לעבוד, עושים מי-יודע-מה כדי לשפר את המנוע הכושל הזה (הטעינות פשוט גורמות לך להפסיק לשחק)

ופתאום הם נהיית פרקציוניסטים

דוחים תאריכים ובתכלס הופכים למעין VALVE

מסקנה-לא לבסס אף משחק על המנוע הזה

נדמה לי שזה המשחק היחידי מלבד NWN2 שמשתמש במנוע הזה - ומסיבה טובה.

אבל זמני הטעינה שלהם טובים הרבה יותר מאלה שלNWN2.

ניסיתי לשחק את NWN2 פעמיים בשנים האחרונות. בשני המקרים התייאשתי באותה נקודה בערך ורק בגלל זמני הטעינה.

וזה לא מנע ממנה לפתח את משחק השנה שלי. חוץ מזה, על המחשב שלי זמני הטעינה היו סבירים לחלוטין, גם לפני האוברקלוק.

זמני הטעינה ארוכים לעומת מה שנטען... זהו חיסרון ידוע של המנוע שאין עליו עוררין

כבר מההתחלה ראו שהם רציניים

חברת פיתוח רגילה הייתה משאירה את המנוע כמו שהוא בלי לשפר בו כלום

לעומת CDPROJECT ששיפרו את המנוע (אך לדעתם לא מספיק ולכן יוצאת המהדורה השנייה)

כנראה שמישהו בחברה שפיתחה את המשחק חשב שנשכח שהבטיחו שבמאי יוצאו גירסה מעודכנת. אני לא שכחתי

הם הודיעו ממזמן (מתברר) שהתאריך החדש הוא ה16/9

כן... ההודעה הזאת אומרת שהם יגידו תאריך מדוייק תוך מספר ימים... הבעיה היא שרק אנשים בפורום שלהם ידעו את היום החדש

אם כבר הבעיה היא שאני לא פרסמתי את התאריך החדש לאחר שהוא הוכרז, אבל בוא לא נלך לשם :-X

The first official adventure and patch 1.3 are available as a free download at www.thewitcher.com, with a separate free download containing the Djinni adventure editor. The adventure editor requires the latest game patch installed. We have also launched a sub-site at www.thewitcher.com/community where gamers may add their adventures or download the creations of others.

The Price of Neutrality is the first official adventure from the team at CD Projekt and features around two hours of gameplay, while the Djinni adventure editor lets fans craft complete new adventures for Geralt using existing graphical assets, maps and environments in the game.
