hi am playing a warrior in oblivion and i run in to this Will-o-the-Wisp

in one of my quest cant hit it and my 1 fire spell i got is not doing the job

anyone got an idea how to deal with it

i did look there but did not help much

should i really go lvl up my dest/fire spell to keep going?

[ltr]I'm not sure if this monster is considered as an undead (ghosts, wraiths..),

but if it is, you can only hit it with enchanted/silver/daedric weapons. [/ltr]

Use a magic weapon. They have 100% "Resist Normal Weapons".

Use your head, lead the beast back to the shrine and let the idiots waste their time and power killing it, then move in to "collect".

And what do you think will happen if the Will-o-the-Wisp will kill the "idiots"? He wont be able to finish the quest..

i had a feeling this bad idea to only lvl my swords and mace skill

i think il go back to town and try to buy 5 skill points and mabye new spell

and this quest is from the figher guild i got send to this cave to kill 4 ppl that got out of jail

theres no one helping me or any thing i can drag it back to

and am on the last guy to i think il just run pass the wisp and kill him fast run out
