How to install packages/security fixes from the internet

Hello, I have been wondering how I can install packages from the Internet... I'm too lazy to burn the 2nd mandrake disc. I have downloaded some application that's ment to do that; Do you know any Israeli servers I could use in order to obtain updates & security patches?
