To cash out, simply click on the Cash Out link found in My Account and follow the 3 easy steps below. Please note that in order to cash out, you must have a complete mailing address entered in your Personal Profile (also located under "My Account"). No business addresses or P.O. boxes will be accepted.

i) Enter Amount

Enter the amount you wish to cash out. (Note: Please enter the dollar amount only, no cents. Otherwise requests are rounded down to the nearest dollar.)

ii) Choose Payment Method

At this time, all cash out requests are fulfilled though mailed checks in local currency. However, additional electronic payment methods, and foreign versions of Moola using foreign currencies will be available soon. Please note that Moola allows 2 free cash out requests per 30 day period. Each additional cash out request will be subject to a $2.50 processing fee which will be automatically deducted from your cash out payment. This fee helps to offset our costs (in auditing the cashout request and in preparing and mailing each check) for very frequent requests.

iii) Final Confirmation

Simply confirm your amount, payment method and mailing address and a check will be mailed within 2-3 weeks. At this time you may only receive your check at the home address provided in your Personal Profile. Employment or other addresses will NOT be accepted. If you need to change an existing profile to reflect a change of address, please visit the Personal Profile section of the site before returning to Cash Out.

All awards and payments are made in our sole discretion; we may choose to pay or not pay any person as we solely determine.
