לא לקפוץ משמחה, זה לא רלוונטי כמעט לאף אחד אבל בכל זאת מעניין מאוד.

מסתבר שמישהו החליט (בארה"ב כמובן) לתבוע את Western Digital על כך שרכש דיסק של 80GB וקיבל למעשה דיסק יותר קטן (בעיה מוכרת לכולם)

זה כתב התביעה שמסביר בפירוט רב את דרך החישוב של נפח הדיסק.

הושג הסדר (בתביעה היצוגית) בו WD תפצה כל מי שקנה דיסק מתוצרתה (בארה"ב) בתקופה הנקובה בחלק מסכום הקניה ששקול להפסד הנפח היחסי.
