מיקרוסופט הוציאה 2 עדכונים חדשים לווינדוס XP!

אחד מהם הוא שיפור של מסנן הדואר של אאוטלוק 2003 ואחד הוא הOffice SP2,משום מה לא הצלחתי להתקין את שניהם כי זה כותב שיש שגיאה (כל העידכונים שהם הוציאו בעבר הצלחתי להתקין),איך לפתור את הבעיה שאוכל להתקין את העידכונים?

נ.ב: אני לא משתמש באאוטלוק!

    זה לא כותב לי את מס' השגיאה,זה מאוד מוזר.

    זה כותב לי בסוף שהתקנת הישומיים נכשלה,למרות שאמור להיות מס' שגיאה.
