יש לי לוח של GIGABYTE GA-K8NSC-939

אני על אובר קלוק באס 265 כרגע ,יש לי אופציה בלוח במסך של הנתונים של הזכרונות משהו כזה :

Cpu Thermal Thorttling במצב ברירת המחדל הוא היה על 50% ויש גם מקסימום 87.5% ,באתר מסוים אחד ראיתי שמבטלים את האופציה הזו כשעושים אוברקלוק ,

מישהו יכול להסביר לי מה זו האופציה הזו ולמה היא משמשת ?
