Use the bootable CD memtest, it's the most comfortable.
Anyway, the time it takes it to run 10 loops varies from computer to computer, it depends on the memory speed the amount of memory etc, but for 10 loops for all 11 tests it will take a couple of hours atleast.
-
Tests for memory only with memtest 86, run 10 times all tests (choose all tests, there are 11) if it passes your memory is stable, if you get a single error or it freezes something is wrong.
Since memtest doesn't run in windows it gives a 100 % objective stability test.

Since the temperature of the bottle is much lower than the temperature of the room the bottle gets covered with liquid due to condensation caused by the temperature difference.
In a watercooling system the temperature of the water is never below room temperature and thus there is no condensation, if you use a peltier for example the water often go below room temperature and then condensation happens which is a serious problem since as we all know, water conduct.

I ran the new 8RDA+ @ 240 FSB synced @ 1.8V with some Twinmos PC4000 (didn't try higher bus or less voltage).
Though I didn't have a real chance to do serious tests since the memory is problematic and is soon going to be replaced for some Corsair PC4000Pro.

If you ask me the Design of the Digidice resembles an old Radio, plus that door seems really troublesom. The Epox looks better except those front PS/2 ports, just have to wait and see how it performs.

The Epox 8RDA3+ has the Soundstorm only partially without the Dolby Digital decoder while the NF7-S has the Soundstorm fully, both boards have SATA but the Abit doesn't have Firewire.
As for overclocking the latest revision of the 8RDA3+ is supposed to be superb for overclocking and would top the NF7-S.
-
The 8RDA3 has the worse Sound card out of all of these boards while the 8RDA+ has the best, the 8RDA+ is better for o/cing and also has Lan and Firewire, there's no place for comparison, the 8RDA+ is clearly better.
The Abit NF7 hasn't got Soundstorm, and it has no performance advantage on the Epox and no Firewire, for 50 nis difference I'd take the Epox.
-
If you intend to use the onboard sound card take the 8RDA+, it has the Soundstrom unlike the NF7.
The Epox is also better for overclocking.

Use memtest to check memory stability.
In the future stop jumping your threads because they will get locked...
-
The report the program is giving is false, there's no way your RAM is running @ under 2.0V.
Again, change your title to something that fits the forum rules.

It's very possible this is just how far your CPU or board can go, people forget lately tha overclocking just has a limit.
-
-
The Vsync limits the maximum FPS not the minimal FPS, it prevents image tearing. It doesn't mean you can't still get lower FPS that depends strictly on your hardware.
-
If you don't overclock you don't need any better cooling.
The difference between the 8RDA3+ and the 8RDA+ are that the 8RDA3+ has two onboard network card, has no Soundstorm and has Serial ATA while the 8RDA+ has one onboard network card, has soundstorm and has no Serial ATA.

Tsunami is generic crap. You can get a Thermaltake 360W PSU for around 260 nis, strong and reliable, I'd recommend that, Antec or Enermax will cost atleast 100 nis more.

"כרטיס רשת : 10/100 כולל הכנה לאינטרנט מהיר בטכנולוגית ADSL "
This is the part that always makes me laugh about these systems.

Did memtest report any errors...?
