the reason is that in israel they decided to go with Adsl, A being asynchronious, and this is one of the early revisions, meaning that to get a higher upload, you would inheritly need to give more download in a proprtional ammount to the speed you want to give...

if the computer doesn't even go to BIOS seconds after it has been turned on, its impossible this is a heat issue, it takes time for a P3 to heat up.

try to set in BIOS to "not plug & play OS"

ok, try to boot with no card connected, even disable motherboard devices, so its just you and Windows

if that don't work, maybe installing windows with Nothing attached.

it might be a problem with PSU, not stable and such, cannot support that many devices.

check memory, just in case (though i doubt this is the problem)

you cannot perform a COPY inside a password field, only PASTE.

the passwords are stored in an encrypted file to prevent what you want (even if in your case, you just forgot the password).

most of the ppl in russia don't wonna live there, so they'll be doing us a favor, in any way, living abroad seems like a

good idea to me: for now you care just a bit about prices and all since mommy and daddy are paying. growing up in israel

is one thing, but living here is a whole other thing.

i am not gonna start naming countries where i could live better and happier (don't wonna swap the forum), and maybe there

are other countries which you might consider "unsafe", but i don't really call israel safe ...

there is a security guard @ the entrance of every shopping mall, restaurant and cafe, if you find this normal you need to
