אני לא מחפש את התוכנה הרגילה שנותנת איפי לפי מספר איסיקיו, אלא את התוכנה ההפוכה לה, אם יש כזאת

שתבדוק אם איפי מסוים משתמש באיסיקיו ואולי אפילו באיזה מספר איסיקיו

אם תוכנה כזאת לא חוקית אז אנא לסגור את הנושא
