i bought this hard drive:

DIAMOND MAX PLUS 9 (SATA) 200GB (8MB)

and this dvd burner:

(GSA-4163) (OEM - BLACK) 16X DUAL LAYER DVD +/- R/RW WRITER

and i dont know how to make them master and slave: i mean i dont know where to put this little blue thing

please help me

SATA don't have Master and Slave.

there's "Sata1" and "sata2". stick the HD in the sata1 and the burner in sata 2

ok thank you that helped me but my computer doesnt see the hard drive and he sees the dvd burner but the dvd burner is not sirial ata is the old and regular conection so what do i do so it will see them both and both of them will work?

לP.ata שזה החיבור הישן יש Master ו Slave. אם הCDROM הוא לבד על הכבל לא משנה אם הוא מגומפר כMaster וSlave.

ok thank you i conected all of that and the dvd rom is working perfectly but the hard drive doesnt want to work for example when i go into the TAB opiont after a BOOT it sees the hard drive but it cant do anything with it...?
