אין לי שום תוכנות שיתוף קבצים או משהו שלוקח מהBANDWITDH ברקע ובבקשה ממי שבודק שגם יסגור תוכנות שתופסות משאבי אינטרנט.

המטרה : שרת HL בארצות הברית שבדרך כלל אני מקבל ממנו PING של 170 ועכשיו משום מה 600-700 !

מאוד יעזור לי אם אנשים אחרים יבדקו את השרת הזה ואני גם רוצה להשוואת תוצאות עם אנשים שגם הם עובדים עם NV, כמוני.

כל מה שצריך לעשות זה Start > RUN > command prompt

ולכתוב ping 69.31.6.26
