    אצלך,בדוק אם הוא מוגדר טוב בפירוול וגם אולי איזה תולעת שינתה את קובץ הhosts ככה שלא תוכל לעדכן

    כנס ל start>>run/התחל>>הפעלה רשום את זה והקש אנטר

    notepad %systemroot%\system32\drivers\etc\hosts

    אם אתה רואה שם משו חוץ מ localhost 127.0.0.1 אז מחק לאחר מכן שמור ואז נסה לעדכן שוב
