התקנתי מחדש את המחשב והתקנתי כמובן את התוכנות הנדרשות, שזה כולל בתוכן K-lite mega codec pack.

אחרי התקנת חבילת הקודקים התחילה להופיע על מספר דקות הודעת שגיאה (תמונה מצורפת).

ההודעה נורא מרגיזה, במיוחד כשאני משחק במשחקים והמשחק יורד לסיסטמטריי בגלל ההודעה...

איך אני אמור לתקן אותה?

    there is no use for codec packs !

    remove the codec pack and install ONLY the following:

    xvid, ac3filter and MAYBE divx (not always needed)

    אני מוריד כל היום המון סרטים/סרטונים בפורמטים שונים... לא רק AVI/SVCD/WAV... יש עוד מלא פורמטים משונים שדורשים התקנה של כל מיני קודקים קטנים. ואין לי כוח להתקין כמה קודקים לחוד, כשאני יכול להתקין חבילה אחת בכמה שניות.

    דרך אגב, אני ביטלתי את כל שיוך הפורמטים לWMP CLASSIC (התוכנה כרגע לא שימושית בעצם... חבל שאי אפשר להסיר אותה)... ונראה שהבעיה בנתיים נפתרה. מקווה שזה יישאר כך, ושזה לא זמני.
