Well i'm writing in English since my Hebrew on my pc dosen't work on some places(i can read here Hebrew, can't write).

So after two great years with my great PC he suddenly started to reset itslef every once and a while,

but it's not just that, he can be on for hours, but when i turn the Counter Strike , or any other game, on it let me play for 10-60 min' and then reset itself, afterwards he keeps reseting itself until i close him and wait for a few min.

I didn't have that problem before its just in the past days.

I formated him, scanned for trojans, did scan disk or any other program.

so it might be hardware problem, so please give ur ideas what can i do

and if you decide to help please be specific in the problem, if i need a software link me and so on.

Yes i can read hebrew...

well "over heating" dosent say to me anything besides the obvius..

so if you can explain what i need to do to stop it?

Well i dont know what to look excatly so i tell you everything.

it looks like this:

Left side list:

Fan01: 3125 RPM

Fan02: 0 RPM

Fan03: 0 RPM

Right side list:

Temp2:57 C

Temp3:36 C

HD0: 35 C

Temp:1 25 C

above:

CPU usage - from 1.5% to 6%

HELP ME

And don't forget it does reset only when i play games , mainly CS.

If im just on the interent(sites,ICQ,porn ) it dosent do anything

its impossible to determine if the cpu heat is at fault without knowin what cpu you have

anyway i believe the psu is at fault cuz it only happens on games when the graphic card takes more power ,check the voltages ,what graphic card you have and what psu (and i dont mean just watt's give the model name) ?

i dont know what is "psu" and i really need to get this problem fixed

PSU = power supply unit (sapak )

it looks like its either the CPU or the motherboard getting heated up, if you know how, then remove the CPU fan

and give it a good clean - ONLY if you know how. northwood p4 shouldn't get that heated up, and so does the motherboard.

also check if the case is getting enough air intake, if the comp is pressed to a corner, the air coming inside is limited,

try running those games when the case is wide open, and well-chilled

באמת נראה שזו בעית התחממות רצינית - לי יש P4 עם אותה ליבה והוא עובד אצלי על 26 מעלות ב IDLE (אבל יש לי 10 מאוררים ) מה שאתה צריך לבדוק זה בעיקר האם גוף הקירור על המעבד יושב טוב ואם לא לחזק את הישיבה שלו באיזו שהי דרך או להוריד אותו ולהעביר בו ניקוי רציני.

Secondly, i dont know how to remove the CPU ;\ , ill try to open the sides and give him more air,atough he is quite ok .

and i dont know how to check if the "guf kirur" is placed right on the proccesor ;\

and i really need to get it fix, im playing CS for cash too and i need it ;D
