    תוסיף את סרגל הכלים טפסים, בעזרתו אתה יוצר מסמכים כאלה שהם בעצם טפסים למילוי.

    בעיקרון, אתה כותב מסמך, מוסיף בו שדות (מסרגל הכלים) שרק בהם ניתן להכניס טקסט (או תיבות סימון וטבלאות בחירה), ואחרי שאתה נועל את המסמך, אי אפשר לשנות אותו אלא רק במקומות שבהם יש את השדות הנ"ל.
