E-Mule, Increasing ID. How?

I saw couple weaks ago a thread which talks about some file (clients or someting like that), that increasing the ID.

Can someone help me ? i need to get this file in order to increas my ID.

    אין דבר כזה,ה ID שלך מחובר ל low id או ל high id,אם אתה מתכוון לקרדיטס,אז גם כבר אין,זה היה קיים בגירסה של ליינטוורק אבל כל העולם חסם אותם אז ככה שעכשיו אתה צריך לשחק אותה פאייר ולשתף.

    So you say that the credit doesnt play a role anymore in the LH E-Mule?

    Or, just in the other versions of E-Mule (not LH's) it doesnt count the credit?
