פורסם 2004 במאי 2821 שנים אתמול התקנתי שדרגתי לגרסה החדשה (5.0) של ZoneAlarm (גרסת ה-Free) ומאז ה-Norton AntiVirus 2003 הפסיק לסרוק לוירוסים גם דואר נכנס וגם דואר יוצא.רק לאחר שהסרתי את ZoneAlarm וביצעת Restart, אז Norton התחיל מחדש לסרוק דואר אלקטרוני.לאחר שהתקנתי שנית את ZoneAlarm שוב Norton הפסיק לסרוק דואר.האם למישהו יש פתרון לבעיה?בתודה מראש.
