    בוקר טוב,

    תתקין Chipset מחדש, תעשה ריסטרט למחשב. 

    אחר כך תתקין את הדרייבר של הכרטיס מסך שוב. תעשה ריסטרט זה אמור לעבוד.

    figured it out. Took me a very long time. That should tell you how awful windows 10 is designed. Apparently i had to click the actual monitor from the display settings in order to change any settings. Poor design as i never had to do such silly extra steps with the previous windows.
