איזה מעבד עדיף מבחינת ביצועים?

i5 8 gen 1.6G או i5 7 gen 2.7G

קראתי השוואה שאומרת שהדור השמיני טוב יותר, אבל לא הייתה התייחסות למהירות שעון. אני מניח שבהשוואה הם היו זהים.

בנוסף האם ההבדל בין זכרון מסוג DDR 4 ל DDR 3 בעלי אותה מהירות שעון ניכר, ואם כן מתי?

אני מתבלט בין שני המחשבים האלה, השימושים יהיו בעיקר עבודה משרדית, ולפעמים משחקים קלים ולא תובעניים (בסגנון C&C RA).
