בשביל להבין למה אני מתכוון כנסו ל: http://messenger.msn.co.il/

בצד יש תפריט: תוכנות, הורדה, משחקים וכיף וכו'.

כאשר לוחצים על אחד מהם התוכן משתנה אך התפריט והכותרת נשארים.

אין כאן פריימים אלא טבלה.

יש למישהו מושג איך עושים את זה.

    לפי איך שאני עובד זה פשוט לעשות את התפריט בדף נפרד ואז לעשות include בדף הרצוי :P

    דרך נוספת שנשמעת הגיונית זה שמירת תוכן כל הדפים האלו באותו הדף בתוך משתנים, והחלפה בין הטקסטים ע"י JS
