התקנתי את הנורטון 2002 ועכדיו אני ככבר לא מצליחה להתקשר לאינטרנט וגם לא להסיר את התוכנה . הוא אומר לי שאני אמורה להיות עם חשבון של supervisor - ואני ממש לא יודעת מה הוא רוצה ממני כי אני נכנסת למחשב כ-ADMINISTRATOR ולא זכור לי שבשלב כלשהו בהתקנת הנורטון הוא ביקש ממני ליצור חשבון.

אין לך קובץ UNINSTALL בשום מקום? לא בתיקייה ולא בALL PROGRAMS???

אם לא, אז תנסי להכנס להוספת/הסרת תוכנה ותראי אם הוא כבר הותקן שם. אם כן תסירי משם.

אם שניהם לא עוזרים אז תצטרכי להסיר את הכל ידנית ובצורה מסורבלת, אך עוזרת (רק אם אין ברירה)... המשך בהודעה הבאה

שלב 1 ו-2 הם רק פתיחה מיותרת. תתחילי לפעול משלב 3 ורק תיזהרי לא למחוק דברים חשובים שאינם קשורים לסימנטק.

Click Start > Run. The Run dialog box appears.

Type regedit and then click OK. The Registry Editor opens.

Navigate to and select the following key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Symantec

Press Delete and click Yes to confirm.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Symantec

Press Delete and click Yes to confirm.

Click Registry > Exit.

Click anywhere in the Address bar to select it. (If you do not see the

Type the following, and then press Enter: %temp%

The temporary folder for the currently logged-on user is displayed.

In most cases, you can safely delete the contents. If you are not sure, then

copy any files or folders to a different location. To delete the contents,

click the Edit menu, and then click Select All. Press Delete, and then click

Yes if prompted to confirm.

Exit Windows Explorer.

On the desktop, right-click the Recycle Bin and click Empty Recycle Bin.

At this point, all of Norton Internet Security has been removed from your

computer.
