פורסם 2004 באפריל 1421 שנים הי, התקנתי את הנורטון 2002 ועכדיו אני ככבר לא מצליחה להתקשר לאינטרנט וגם לא להסיר את התוכנה . הוא אומר לי שאני אמורה להיות עם חשבון של supervisor - ואני ממש לא יודעת מה הוא רוצה ממני כי אני נכנסת למחשב כ-ADMINISTRATOR ולא זכור לי שבשלב כלשהו בהתקנת הנורטון הוא ביקש ממני ליצור חשבון.תעזרו לי בבקשה
