התקנתי את האופיס הכל הלך יפה אוטלוק עובד מצויין הכל טוב אבל הוא לא מוכן לפתוח קבצי וורד הוא אומר *****.doc לא זמין

הכוכביות זה כל פעם שם אחר של המסמך... זה קורה גם עם מסמכים ישנים ששמרתי וגם אם חדשרים שכותבים ושומרים הוא לא מוכן לפתוח
