יש לי מחשב נייד יחסית ישן של simens, הוא עובד ממש לאט וגרוע, נתקע, מתכבה לבד וכו׳, רציתי לדעת מה באפשרותי לעשות כדי לשפץ אותו שיגיע לביצועים של מחשב נורמלי? האם כשאתקין לו ווינדאווס חדש, ואפרמט אותו זה יפתור לי את הבעיות? אם כן מה העלות?

כמו ששמתם לב אני לא מבין בזה בכלל, ואשמח להסבר בשפה כמה שיותר פשוטה.
