אני מנסה לתקן את המחשב של ההורים שקרס(היה, מספר שניות לאחר עליית מערכת הפעלה, נכנס Blue screen of death). ניסיתי לפרמט אותו אך שמתי לב שהמידע על הכונן נראה מוזר(בתמונה). לאחר בחירת הכונן מתקבלת ההודעה "setup cannot access this disk".

מדובר במחשב עם מפרט נמוך מאוד.

אשמח לדעת אם קיימת דרך לסדר את המחשב ואולי גם את הכונן.
