אני מתלבט אם בכלל אני צריך לקנות מסך חדש ואני אשמח לשמוע את ההתייחסות שלכם גם לזה.

בכל מקרה התקציב שלי הוא בין 1K-1.2K

אתה לא חייב לקנות מסך חדש, אם הנוכחי מספק אותך.

אם בכל זאת תרצה, תוכל להשיג בתקציב זה מסך מעט גדול יותר ("23-24) באותה הרזולוציה (למשחקים לא צריך יותר מזה).

יש לך אולי המלצה לדגם מסוים? או שזה לא ממש משנה?

יש כמה דגמים מומלצים - בעיקר מסכי הIPS של DELL - הU2312HM, P2414H, U2412M. אם כבר משדרגים, שווה להשתדרג לIPS (מציג תמונה נעימה יותר באופן כללי). יש גם מסכי IPS של יצרנים נוספים - ASUS, LG, עוד כמה. אלה של DELL מומלצים פה כי הם זמינים, נותנים תמורה טובה לכסף והשירות של DELL לרוב מצוין.
