קניתי DOK של 64 ג"ב, אולם בפועל יש בו רק 54.8 ג"ב, האם זה הגיוני?? אמנם תמיד אני יודע שבפועל הנפח קטן מן הרשום בו, במקום 16 ג"ב מופיע 14.9 זה בערך הפסד של 7%, אך כאן זה הפסד של בערך 13% !!

האם זה לגיטימי? האם יש איזשהו תקן מסוים בענין?
