אני חדש בכל התחום לכן בבקשה להסביר לי לאט :)

אני מחפש דרך לעשות tail -f לאיזה שהוא קובץ ולהדפיס אותו למסך (כלמור ל WEB) .

אשמח לדוגמא עם node.js ו socket.io , כמו כן בבקשה אם אפשר לצרץ גם איך אמור להראות ה html שלי.. תודה !

    אני מקווה שאני לא מבלבל אותך עוד יותר.

    tail -f לקובץ משמעותו לקרוא אותו, ויש דרך לעשות את זה ב Javascript, באמצעות FileReader.

    לא מבין איך node.js או socket.io קשורים לעניין.

    אני חושב שהכיוון צריך להיות דף web שמאפשר בחירה של הקובץ, ולאחר מכן קריאה שלו באמצעות FileReader ותצוגה של מה שנקרא אל תוך רכיב בדף (למשל div).

    כתבתי tutorial מפורט (ארוך ומייגע...)לגבי קבצים בבלוג שלי, וחלקים א-ד שלו רלונטיים.
