שלום,

לפני יומיים הווינדוס (7) קפא לי במהלך עבודה שוטפת, ללא סימנים מקדימים.

הדלקתי מחדש את המחשב והווינדוס לא עלה. הופיעה לי הודעה:

Windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt:

C:\Windows\system32\hal.dll.

Please re-install a copy of the above file.

עשיתי חיפוש בגוגל וניסיתי את כל הפתרונות שהציעו אך ללא הועיל ונאלצתי להתקין את הווינדוס מחדש.

כשהווינדוס עלה גיליתי שנעלמה מחיצה מאחד (מתוך 2) הדיסקים הקשיחים. במקומה מופיעה לי מחיצה שנקראת System Reserved בנפח של 99.99mb.

מישהו יכול להעריך מה בדיוק קרה? אפשר לשחזר את המחיצה?

    הצלחתי להחזיר את המחיצה!

    דרך ה-disk management (שכחתי מקיומו של הכלי הזה), כפתור ימני על המחיצה שנעלמה ו-change drive letter and paths.

    יש הסבר לתופעה הזאת? סקטור פגום?

    כשהווינדוס קפא (קרה לי לעיתים רחוקות מאוד. ה-7 יציבה מאוד) ולא עלה, חשבתי שהדיסק הקשיח הלך לעולמו. מסתבר שלא.
