הטלפון חובר באמצעות כבל למחשב על מנת למחוק הודעות.

במהלך הפעולה - נתקע, וכעת אפשר להדליקו אך לאחר מספר שניות מפסיק להגיב.

אשמח אם מישהו מבין מה קרה ויוכל להנחות כיצד לצאת מהבעיה.
