לחבר שלי יש בעייה לבצע בדיקת הגהה למסמך שכתב ב-word. הוחזרה לו שגיאה שהמחשב מחפש את הקבצים mssp3hp.dll או mssp232.dll (אני חושב שאילו שמות הקבצים). לא היה לטענתו מספר שגיאה.

חיפשתי בגוגל ולא קיבלתי תשובה עיניינית. האם מישהו מכיר את השגיאה הנ"ל?

דרך אגב, נזכרתי שבזמנו התקנו רק דיסק אחד מתוך השתיים שהיו לנו בחבילת האופיס (השני אם אני לא טועה היה חבילת שפות). האם יש לכך קשר לבעיה?
