שלום,

אני משתמש בכונן הקשיח מדגם זה כבר שנה, ולא בפעם הראשונה, המחשב לא מתקשה בזיהויו.

כשאני מחבר את הכונן למחשב, הוא מזהה אותו בתור iomega select HDD רק ב DEVICES AND PRINTERS. לעומת זאת, במחשב שלי הוא מופיע בתור local disk (i). כשאני מנסה לפתוח את הכונן, נשלחת הודעה זו: you need to format the disk in drive I : before you can use it.

כשאני אני מנסה להוציא אותו בסייפ רימוב, הוא שולח הודעה בנוסח זה: windows cant stop your ¨generic volume¨device because a program is still using it. Close any program that might be using the device, and then try again later.

אין צורך לפרט שעל הכונן קיים מידע רב וחשוב. שמעתי על אפשרות של חברות לשיחזור והצלת מידע, אך אני מעדיף לא לפנות אל מקומות קיצוניים ויקרים בשלב זה.
