Most of the components are good but the case is just horrible and it also has a generic PSU.

Take atleast a Compucase case with a HEC 300W psu though if you want better cooling you could get a Supertalent Aluminum case (comes with 5 fans) for around 580 nis.

If you want to seriously overclock you better take RAM which is better for overclocking, I suggest you take OCZ PC3500 Platinum series.

The IC7-Max3 has some problems with VDIMM of above 2.8V. I know ABIT released fixed boards abroad but I'm not sure if the boards currently available in Israel aren't older and defected. I suggest you take the ASUS P4C800 instead, it should cost slightly less and it's a superb board. Another option is the cheaper ASUS P4P800 or the EpoX 4PDA2+.

If you wait a little the price of the 2.8C is supposed to go down in about two weeks.
