שלום לכולם

אתמול פירמטו לי את המחשב, והתקינו לי (מחדש) XP-PRO בעברית. ניסיתי להתקין נורטון2004, ולא הלך. (הוסיפו שם אקטיבישן, הבנתי...) הסרתי,ניסיתי נורטון2003 (עם קוד) וגם לא עובד: בהפעלת התוכנה, היא נפתחת ל-10 שניות ואחר כך נעלמת. בקיצור: כרגע אין לי הגנה מוירוסים!!!!!!! אגב, ניסיתי גם להתקין תוכנת חינם שנקראת AVG 6.0 והיא בכלל לא מאפשרת לי להתקין אותה!

מה הבעייה? איך מתקינים נורטון או איזושהיא תוכנה שתגן על המחשב ועל הדוא"ל??
