לפי מה שאני מבין פה שלפי Amazon Payments חייב להיות אזרח ארה"ב.

אתה בטוח שהם הומצאו בארץ או הומצאו ע"י ישראלים שכבר לא בארץ?

בנוסף אני דיי בטוח שאפשר בלי בעיה למצוא אזרח אמריקאי שיקח על עצמו את היצירה של החשבון ואז יעביר את הכסף לבנק ישראלי

אכן, זה מה שעושים. להרבה חברות בארץ יש ייצוג כלשהו בחו"ל.
