אני מנסה להגדיר נתב WR841ND כAP לנתב הראשי מדגם D-Link 2760U.

ב841 סימנתי WDS בהגדרות הWIRELESS ועשיתי SITE SURVEY כדי לשייך אותו אל הDLINK.

השאלה עם בDLINK גם יש צורך לשנות משהו בהגדרות כדי שיאפשר ל841 להתחבר אליו בWDS ?

    למה שאלתי? כי עשיתי ניסוי מול נתב ראשי אחר מדגם WR941ND גם של TPLINK,

    ולא היה צורך להפעיל את הגדרת הWDS ב941. הפעלתי רק ב841 ומיד נוצר הקשר אל הנתב הראשי.

    יתכן שזה שונה מדגם אחד לשני ?

    זה בהחלט קשור לדגם של הנתב "הראשי". בכל אחד אופן ההגדרה הוא שונה. ככה גם כתוב במדריך.
