העברתי את קובץ ה-pagefile.sys מ-C לכונן אחר, איך אני מנקה את כונן C ?

יש לי בכונן C הארד דיסק SSD של 55 ג'יגה זמינים, היום לאחר התקנת מערכת ההפעלה מחדש (Win 7 X64) עם כמה תוכנות (לא הרבה) נשארו לי 7 ג'יגה פנויים בכונן C, העברתי את קובץ ה-pagefile.sys מ-C לכונן אחר ועדיין אין לי כמעט מקום ב-C.

איך אני עושה ניקיון ל-C ? לא יכול להיות שכל מה שמותקן לי על המחשב תופס כ"כ הרבה מקום (יש לי אופיס, ויז'ואל ועוד כמה תוכנות קטנות ללא שום תוכנות הורדה).

אגב יש לי על המחשב 12 ג'יגה זיכרון.
